What types of floor plans are available?
We offer a variety of floor plans; ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms.
What is included in the rent?
Market-rate homes are charged monthly rent plus utilities. Affordable homes are charged rent only. Parking and storage are included at no additional cost.
Which utilities are included, and which are the resident’s responsibility?
All residents are required to establish an electricity account in their name. Market-rate residents are also billed back for water, sewer, and trash services.
Are apartments furnished or unfurnished?
All apartments are unfurnished.
What in-home amenities are included?
Each home includes a washer and dryer and air conditioning.
What laundry options are available?
All homes feature in-unit laundry.
What community amenities are available?
Community amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse, pet washroom, and playground.
Is there an on-site fitness center?
Yes, the community offers a fitness center equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment.
Is there a community clubhouse or lounge area?
Yes, residents have access to a community clubhouse.
Are EV charging stations or bike storage available?
Bike racks are available for resident use.

No, dedicated co-working or business center spaces are not available.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a parking pass.

No, the community is not gated.

The property is regularly patrolled and has limited security cameras on-site.

Residents may contact the after-hours emergency maintenance line for urgent repairs.
What public transportation or walking/biking options are nearby?
Public bus service is available nearby, and the area is accessible for walking and biking.
